Ryan Duve

Executive Director

Ryan Duve is an Executive Director who has worked with seniors and staff, at multiple levels, for over 20 years to create a supportive and hospitality-focused environment. Ryan also knows a great team is the key to happy residents. If staff are properly trained, know they are valued and have opportunities for growth and personal fulfillment, they are happy and will make "magic" happen. Over the years, Ryan has had the opportunity to work with legislatures to improve assisted living regulations for the benefit of business owners and seniors alike. Ryan holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology and Child Development from Arizona State University.

Traci Jacobsen

Director of Community Relations

I am a proud Arizona native; born and raised in the awesome Valley of the Sun. Throughout the last twenty-three years, I have focused on seniors and have aligned my career towards making a difference in the community. This has taken me through a variety of settings ranging from upscale continuing care retirement communities, independent living, memory care, assisted living, hospice and most recently Clarendale of Chandler. Growing this opportunity, like everything else, is really all about remarkable connections with people.

Julie Mitchell

Sales Counselor

Julie is a Sales Counselor who works with prospective residents and their families to find their perfect next home here at the Clarendale of Chandler. Julie believes the work we do here sets our seniors up for success in an environment where they can flourish socially, emotionally and physically. Julie is a proud Navy Veteran who began her 12 years of service as a Hospital Corpsman at the age of 17. Her various duty stations afforded her the opportunity to travel from coast to coast and throughout Japan. Julie has an expanse of knowledge in many service and business industries to include health care, finance, mediation, marketing, sales, and cheffing, but has found her greatest joy in serving our senior community and their families. Julie holds an Accredited Diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking and Restaurant Management from the Arizona Culinary Institute and a Masters of Business Administration Specialized in Health Care Administration from National University.

Bridget Heimer

Move-In Coordinator

My role as the Move-In Coordinator is to work with families to complete all the move in processes. What this means for you and your family is, once a deposit is collected on the apartment of your choice, the next steps are dedicated to completing paperwork, ensuring the room is ready in a timely manner, while working closely with you and your family providing a smooth transition for your loved one. Not only do I take pride in my work, but my passion is connecting and building relationships with you and your families.
I have been married to my husband Jason of almost 19 years, I am a mom of 3 boys- Preston (25), Carson (16) and Dawson (15). We also have a very spoiled Shi-Tzhu named Ginger. We are originally from Marion, Iowa but moved here in 2017 from Mequon, WI. In my spare time I can be found at the gym, riding my bike, hiking, spending time with family or being in my kitchen baking and decorating cakes.

Kim Johnson

Business Office Manager

Kim Johnson is a Business Office Manager who works with residents and family members to ensure they understand and receive value for their financial commitments in their new home. Kim also supports the needs of our employees to ensure they can deliver the best possible service to our residents every day. Kim hopes the interactions she’s able to have with residents, family members and employees, during their time with the Clarendale family, will have a meaningful impact on their lives.
Kim has 25 years of business experience in project management, HR, finance and operations spanning a breadth of industries. Kim is a trained professional in PMI and business process improvement. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona.

Rose Leib

Director of Health Services

Rose is a Licensed Practical Nurse who functions in the role of the Director of Health Services. Rose oversees all nursing responsibilities for the community. She works closely among our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents to facilitate their well-being and provide nursing intervention and promote the individual resident’s independence.
Rose believes that the Servant Leadership Philosophy of LCS is what makes her role meaningful and fulfilling: “Servant leadership is about serving others. A servant leader nurtures and promotes growth and well-being of people by sharing power and putting the needs of others first. Through servant leadership, we help people, develop and perform at their highest potential. When we do this, we all succeed.”

Dana Olimb

Director of Memory Care

Dana Olimb is the Director of Memory Care who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Memory Care to deliver the highest degree of quality resident services. By implementing and overseeing Heartfelt Connections – A Memory Care Program® as well as promoting and integrating other branded LCS programs; Lifestyle and Health Services, Health & Wellness Navigation, Extraordinary Impressions, and LCS CARES.
Dana has worked in Memory Care for 10 years and has seen growth not only in the industry but personally as well throughout that time. The most growth she has seen in herself over those 10 years was when her own family went thru the difficult time of dealing with a loved one with Alzheimer’s. It was during this time she was able to pull from her professional life to help navigate the family, but was also able to bring these personal struggles into her profession to better understand and relate to families as they are navigating this trying disease.
Dana has an Assisted Living Manager Certificate, is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), has a specialized certification in Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias, is a caregiver and has Basic First Aid and CPR training.

Tracy Lindner

Director of Culinary Services

Tracy Lindner is the Director of Culinary Services who works with the chefs, cooks & servers to deliver superior quality of food and service to our residents. Tracy believes in scratch cooking with fresh and healthy ingredients and a that a memorable dining experience is important to our resident’s health and wellbeing.
Her small-town rural Minnesota upbringing that was surrounded by farms and a close-knit community, instilled the value of fresh food and social gathering that she is very passionate about.
Tracy has been in the Senior Living Industry for over 30 years. She has worked in many aspects of it from being a server, pastry chef, Culinary Director of Memory Care, to a corporate position overseeing and managing multiple senior living community restaurants. Tracy was featured in the Minnesota Star Tribune Taste Section in the mid-nineties, highlighting her passion of scratch cooking for seniors. Her passion continues to this day.
Tracy holds a Culinary Degree from North Hennepin Technical College in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota where she learned the basis of her culinary skills she has used for her decades of cooking and serving seniors.

Jody Jackson

Director of Life Enrichment

Jody Jackson is the Director of Life Enrichment, in charge of activities/events at our community. She has been putting together great teams in this capacity for about 6 years and has a knack to be able to create teams that are fun, caring, loved by residents and enrich lives each day. She began her Senior Living career as a Move-In-Coordinator when this position became available. She has always loved putting on events, planning parties, decorating, etc., and says “I knew right away that this is what I was meant to do.” Jody says "Getting to know our residents, learning their stories, seeing the smiles when we have helped to coordinate a moment and sharing each day with them is a wonderful gift."

David Lucero

Director of Plant Operations

David Lucero is our Director of Plant Operations. He works with our residents to help them move in, and live their best life free from the worries of every day maintenance that life requires.
David believes that he works for a great generation that helped build a great nation, and is now honored to take care of them. David has been working in the industry for 15 years. He began his career as a maintenance director at a 52-apartment memory care community. Later becoming a Senior Maintenance director at a 145-apartment building, training other directors and opening new communities. David has an educational background in fine arts and industrial design with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and new construction.
